Fiona Hall

Braving Sydney's torrential rain yesterday to visit the MCA's renovated wing - Adelaide based artist Fiona Hall was the standout. Hall is known for her sculptures carved from soap and waste products such as VHS tapes, plastics and sardine tins. Added bonus - she looks like a tougher version of Jane Birkin.
